INDIVIDUAL CONFERENCE ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS (INCLUDES ONLINE PAYMENT)

Those that would like to register and pay online may complete the online registration form below. Upon submittal of the online registration form, the website will automatically open our PayPal page to complete payment, but PLEASE be patient in allowing the website to process the registration form and open PayPal before leaving or refreshing the page as it may take a moment. Note that a 5% processing fee will be applied for all debit/credit card transactions and that you DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.

PDF FORM REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS (PAYMENT VIA CHECK OR PAYPAL INVOICE)

Alternatively, you may register by clicking the button below to open the PDF registration form. Completed PDF forms can be submitted to Shea Mask via email (shea@resdisposal.com) or fax (662-837-9564). After submittal of the PDF form, you will receive an invoice, and payment can be submitted by check to the address provided on the invoice. You may also request a PayPal invoice to pay later with a credit or debit card.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration and Attendee Information

SPONSORS

Sponsor fees are based on the selected sponsorship levels (see below for more information) and include conference admission for one attendee, recognition throughout the program and on all printed materials, and special event recognition based on sponsor level selection. Sponsor fees DO NOT cover exhibitor space.

 

EXHIBITORS

All exhibitors are provided booth space in the exhibit hall to display their products or services and conference admission for two (2) attendees.

 

A company may be either a sponsor or exhibitor and may also register as both.

Sponsor fees are based on the selected sponsorship levels (see below for more information) and all include conference admission for one attendee as well as recognition throughout the program and on all printed materials.

  • Magnolia Sponsor fee is $1000. (Sponsorships available!)
  • Session Break Sponsor fee is $1,500 and includes additional company name and logo recognition on conference session break promotional materials. (3 slots available.)
  • Trivia Lunch Sponsor fee is $2,000 and includes additional company name and logo recognition on Trivia Lunch promotional materials. (Only 1 slot available.)
  • Meet & Greet Bar Sponsor fee is $2,000 and includes additional company name and logo recognition on Meet & Greet promotional materials. (Only 1 slot available.)
  • Clay Shoot Sponsor fee is $2,500 and includes additional company name and logo recognition on Clay Shoot promotional materials. (Only 1 slot available.)
  • Meet & Great Sponsor fee is $3,000 and includes additional company name and logo recognition on Meet & Greet promotional materials.(Only 1 slot available.)

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE.

Join us up the street for a Meet and Greet after the conference sessions on Tuesday, October 15 at Rolling River Reloaded. The afternoon of Wednesday, October 16, attendees can either enjoy some local BBQ while testing their trivia knowledge or attend our fish fry and clay shoot. Then Wednesday evening, all are welcome to a block party outside the Natchez Grand Hotel for great food, drinks, cornhole, door prizes, and the chance to catch up with our sponsors and vendors as well as other attendees. Please let us know if you'll be able to join us for any of our networking functions we have planned so that we can plan accordingly. Select all that apply.

Please include a high resolution image of your company logo for use in conference promotional materials. If not available at time of registration, please email logo to shea@resdisposal.com. NOTE: Logos not received 14 days prior to event may not be used in printed materials.

Submit Form & Pay

The purpose of this form is solely to register for the conference. Requests and/or questions concerning membership fees should be directed to ContactUs@msswana.org. After completing the form, click Submit to complete your registration. Once the form has been accepted, you'll be transferred to PayPal where you can pay registration fees.

We are asking that all registration fees be paid PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE. If you had trouble accessing PayPal to pay or chose not to pay at this time via PayPal, please contact us at Shea@resdisposal.com to receive an invoice for the purposes of mailing a check or to receive a link to PayPal to complete payment of registration fees.
