Upon submittal of the online registration form, the website will automatically open our PayPal page to complete payment, but PLEASE be patient in allowing the website to process the registration form and open PayPal before leaving or refreshing the page as it may take a moment. Note that a 5% processing fee will be applied for all debit/credit card transactions and that you DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
Alternatively, you may register by completing the PDF form available below and submitting to Shea Mask via email (shea@resdisposal.com) or fax (662-837-9564). After submittal of the PDF form, you will receive an invoice, and payment can be submitted by check to the address provided on the invoice.

We are asking that all registration fees be paid PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE. If you had trouble accessing PayPal to pay or chose not to pay at this time via PayPal, please contact us at treasurer@msswana.org to receive an invoice for the purposes of mailing a check or to receive a link to PayPal to complete payment of registration fees.
